Partial Service MLS Package
$599 Listing Fee Due Upfront
If you want to save THE MOST money -- and you are a proactive, internet-comfortable person who has already bought and/or sold a property with or without a Realtor -- you may be a good candidate for our partial service package.
With this package if a Realtor brings you a qualified buyer, a pre-determined commission is paid to this Cooperating Agent at closing (range of 2%-3% of the sales price -- you decide). Your total cost would be $599 plus this co-broke commission.
If a buyer is found through Direct Line's marketing efforts who is NOT represented by a Realtor (this must be verified), you owe a finder's fee of just .0001 of the sales price to Direct Line (that's $15 on a $150,000 house; $20 on a $200,000 home; etc). Your total cost would only be $599 plus the .0001 finder's fee.

- Property Listing on the Central WI MLS for nine months. This database advertises your property to consumers and Realtors locally and nationally. Your listing will also upload to Zillow, Google Base, Yahoo, and MSN's House and More.

- Digital Photos of your property (interior and/or exterior) for our web site and the MLS

- Professionally-Designed Yard Sign on a 6' vinyl post—installation and removal included; A sign rider with YOUR phone number.
- Eye-Catching Directional Signs (“Home for Sale” and/or “Open House”)
- Flyer Box to attach to your yard sign—print your professionally-designed flyers from our web site as needed
- Picture Ad in the Central Wisconsin Home Showcase (valued at HUNDREDS of dollars if you placed them yourself over a nine month period)
- Open House Announcements on-line
- Answers to Questions about how to stage, market and SELL your property!
- Full credit for the $599 already paid if you upgrade from this package to our Flat Fee Full Service package. You won't "lose" your money.
WHAT YOU DO:
- Take phone calls and answer questions from buyers and Realtors;
- Show the property yourself and/or use a key lock box from Direct Line;
- Hold periodic Open Houses if you desire;
- Negotiate with buyers and Realtors if an Offer to Purchase is made (Direct Line provides all necessary real estate forms and general guidance; however, you must use a real estate attorney during this process);
- Once the Offer to Purchase has been accepted by you and the buyer, call to arrange the title work and the closing with a title/closing company of your choice.
